Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026
These terms are between you and KWF Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), which runs PhoneToFeed. By installing or using PhoneToFeed you agree to them. If you install it for an agency or business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
HighLevel (GHL) runs the GHL platform and its App Marketplace. GHL's terms govern the platform, your GHL account and payments made through GHL. Where GHL's terms and these conflict about the GHL platform, GHL's terms apply to that part.
What PhoneToFeed does
You upload a video of someone talking to the camera. PhoneToFeed writes captions, helps you cut false starts, adds zooms and on-screen text from a short description, and renders branded clips in several sizes. You can send finished clips to your GHL Media Storage. PhoneToFeed never posts to social media for you. You do that yourself, when you choose.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your videos and everything you upload.
- You let us store and process them only to run PhoneToFeed for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including the right to use each person's voice and image and any music or footage in it.
- You're responsible for what you publish. Edits are suggested by AI and can be wrong, so read the captions and on-screen text before you post.
No health information
Don't upload videos that contain patient or client health information or other sensitive personal details. We don't sign Business Associate Agreements, and PhoneToFeed is not covered by any agreement you have with GHL about health information.
Rules
Don't use PhoneToFeed to:
- upload anything illegal, harassing or deceptive, or anything that infringes someone's rights;
- impersonate anyone, or make false claims about a product or service;
- try to reach other people's workspaces or videos;
- overload or probe the service, or work around its limits;
- offer it to others outside GHL. Agencies may offer PhoneToFeed to their clients inside GHL, including under their own white-label brand.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.
Plans and billing
Prices, plans and any free trial are shown on our HighLevel App Marketplace listing, and GHL bills you for them. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of finished video minutes. A finished minute is the length of a final clip after cuts, counted once per video, however many sizes it's made in. Unused minutes don't carry over. When your workspace reaches its allowance, new final clips wait until the next month or a plan change.
Charges aren't refunded for part of a month. Uninstalling stops future charges.
Storage and availability
Videos and finished clips are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, so download or send what you need before then. We work to keep PhoneToFeed running, but we don't promise it will always be available or that every video will render.
Ending use
You can uninstall at any time. We delete your workspace records within 30 days of an uninstall. We may end or change the service with 30 days' notice to agency admins, or immediately for serious misuse.
Our responsibility
PhoneToFeed is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for PhoneToFeed in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
You agree to cover claims that arise from content you upload or publish that breaks these terms or someone else's rights.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Law and disputes
North Carolina law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. For a material change we'll email agency admins at least 30 days before it applies. Questions: support@phonetofeed.com.
